Xoliswa has led budgeting, forecasting, and project control for organisations such as Weir Minerals, Orica, Sasol, Transnet, and Anglo American, and has implemented project costing frameworks that strengthen reporting and governance.

He currently serves as Director and Business Accountant in Practice at Lunjalo Consultants, where he provides end-to-end consulting, tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance support to small and medium enterprises. Through this role, he has directly contributed to the formalisation and growth of more than 100 businesses, while training and assisting over 150 SMMEs with CIPC, SARS, B-BBEE, and CSD compliance.
